BMW 3 E36 - M62B44 engine installation

Yet another interesting project we are working on. The car this time is BMW E36 (drift car) and our task is to install V8 engine (M60B40) and then prepare a custom exhaust manifold and an exhaust system.

In order to install the engine we had to modify many of the original details and create many new details. What we have done until now is:

- modification of the front axle (beam subframe) and reinforcement

- relocation of the steering column to a lower point so that we can fit the engine and leave place for the manifold

- starter relocation

- custom engine and transmission mounts

- custom oil pan
